Since 2001 wine and olive oil have been made on our vineyard and olive grove.

Vino

The olive harvest is around October. Vino Todiolo: 70% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot.

Tenuta di Todiolo: 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon

The olive oil from Tuscany is the best in the world.

All work is carried out by hand.

The olives are pressed on the day of picking. All aromas and vitamines are thereby maximally absorbed. 100% pure and clean.
